The Landscape Design Package
These are the drawings that you or a contractor will use to intall your new landscape. To learn about the process-- from vague ideas to paper plans--please see The Design Process.
In the Corvallis area, the first meeting is free. This is the bid meeting, in which I assess your project and calculate the project fees, which I go over with you. I follow up this meeting with a detailed written bid.
Hourly Consultation
This is a great idea if you have a tiny area that needs work or you just need some bright ideas or a second opinion. I will come to your home, discuss your situation and options.
In some cases, I will write up a follow-up report. This might include a list of options and/or decisions made, sketches, a suggested plant list; basically anything you need to get started.
Installation Phase Assistance
If hiring contractors, services may include: bidding assistance, construction observation (on your behalf), or final walk-through assistance.
If doing it yourself, services may include: assistance in layout of the hardscape (non-living) elements, help in selecting the plant specimens, or help with plant placement.

Travel Charges
The Car Usage Fee is calculated at $.50 per mile.
The Distance Fee: for folks who live outside of the Corvallis area. This fee is assessed for the Bid Meeting only.
